Lakeside Psychology provides Telehealth (online counselling) to help those who don’t have any help nearby, those who can’t attend a clinic, and those who want to access our services from around the country. You can now receive high quality psychological care at home using our user-friendly link that doesn’t require any download or special equipment.
Am I eligible for Telehealth (online counselling)?
Anyone can access online counselling and you don’t need a referral. However, you may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for your sessions if you have a Mental Health Plan from your GP.
What equipment do I need?
You simply need internet access via your phone, tablet or computer. We will email you a link that you simply click on at the time of your appointment and our practice software will connect you to your psychologist. It really is that easy.
